To enable Call Forwarding for your Extension:
1. Click Call Management, then Forwarding.
2. Click the Turn On Call Forwarding button.
Once Call Forwarding is enabled, you have three options for forwarding your phones:
- Always Forward
- Forward on Busy
- Follow Me
To Always Forward your extension:
1. Click the Always Forward button.
2. Enter the phone number you would like to forward to.
3. Select any of three additional options:
- Notify Call - Let the callers know they are being forwarded
- Caller ID - Use the original caller's Caller ID when forwarding
- Confirm Call - Ask if you would like to receive a forwarded call (especially useful when forwarding to a cell phone)
4. Click the Save Changes button.
To enable Forward on Busy:
1. Click the Forward on Busy button.
2. Select the application you'd like to forward to.
There are many options to choose from, the most common being Voicemail or Auto-Attendant.
3. Select any of three additional options:
- Notify Call - Let the callers know they are being forwarded
- Caller ID - Use the original caller's Caller ID when forwarding
- Confirm Call - Ask if you would like to receive a forwarded call (especially useful when forwarding to a cell phone)
4. Click the Save Changes button
To enable Follow Me for your extension:
1. Click the Follow Me button.
2. Select an option for When Following Me.
3. Select How to Forward Calls.
4. Add phone numbers to forward to.
All added numbers will appear below.
5. Select any of three additional options:
- Notify Call - Let the callers know they are being forwarded
- Caller ID - Use the original caller's Caller ID when forwarding
- Confirm Call - Ask if you would like to receive a forwarded call (especially useful when forwarding to a cell phone)
6. Click the Save Changes button.
